This is a very pretty place to have brunch. Their lunch menu starts from 12. The ambience was beautiful and it is around 15-20 min from the station of wintermere. The staff was good and the service was fast. Food was fresh and delicious. Very referring and vibrant colors were used inside the cafe. Highly recommend this place. I can sit there for hours.

We had lunch at Sugar & Spice Cafe today. My family (4 persons) each ordered a jacket potato with butter, beef chili or tuna mayonnaise. And each person had a wild mushroom soup which was accompanied by bread. They all turn out to be very good. We were very satisfied. The service was prompt and everything appeared to be clean. It is obvious that the owner had paid a lot of attention in decorating the place, it is very comfortable with a separate waiting room for people wait for their tables. I highly recommend this cafe.

Cute little cafe, perfect for lunch or afternoon tea. I had already eaten lunch so I went with a homemade fruit scone and hot cocoa. The fruit scone was pretty hefty, and came with your choice of jam - I got blackcurrant, and it came in a cute little jar (sealed, made in England!). The have a pretty good afternoon tea deal for £10 (cake, scone, sandwich, tea or coffee). Everyone else's food looked delicious as well, wish I was hungrier so I could've tried more menu items!
